The Journey
I’m Todd Richheimer, and I’ve spent over three decades building a family-run business in the apparel decorating industry with my brother-in-law, Jay Berman. Like many, March 2020 was a critical time for me, as the world shut down due to COVID-19. With our doors temporarily closed and following government guidelines, I began to reflect on how we could evolve. That’s when the idea for Single Serve Merch started brewing. Within days, I was working with a development team, building what would become a multi-store platform for promotional product distributors, offering print-on-demand items through the workflow we had established at our facility.
In late 2021, our company was acquired by Hit Promotional Products, and I’ve remained dedicated to creating a platform that addresses the pain points many distributors face. While there are countless storefront solutions out there, I found that most just add to the workload instead of simplifying it.
In today’s world, especially after what we’ve all experienced during COVID, efficiency and balance are more important than ever.
