Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

Single Serve Merch, LLC (“Single Serve Merch,” “SSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit singleservemerch.com (the “Site”), request a demo, contact us, subscribe to updates, or receive our sales and marketing communications.

This policy does not cover the branded merchandise stores we host for our customers. Each hosted store has its own privacy policy, which applies to purchases and accounts on that store.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email address, company, business type, phone number, and the details of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site or open our emails, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location based on IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, time spent on the Site, and whether you open or click our emails. We collect this through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies described in Section 3.

Information from other sources

We obtain business contact information, such as name, job title, company, business email address, business phone number, and company details, from business data providers (including Apollo), public professional sources, and advertising and social media platforms. We use this information to identify businesses that may be interested in SSM and to contact them about our services.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver demos, and follow up on sales conversations
  • Send marketing emails about SSM, including product information, updates, events, and helpful content
  • Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site
  • Measure and improve our advertising, including showing SSM ads to people who have visited the Site
  • Manage our relationships with distributors, agencies, and other business contacts
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, our customers, and others

Some advertising tools offer features that send a hashed (encoded) version of information you submit through our forms, such as your email address, to the advertising platform so it can be matched to that platform’s users for ad measurement and targeting. If we use these features, the information is sent in hashed form and is also subject to the platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta, LinkedIn, and X account settings, and use the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool at optout.aboutads.info.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 7.

4. Marketing emails

If you request a demo, contact us, subscribe to updates, or we obtain your business contact information as described above, we may send you marketing emails about SSM. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. When you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address so that we do not email you again. We may still send you messages directly related to a request you make, such as confirming a scheduled demo.

5. How we share information

We share information:

  • With service providers that help us run our business, such as the providers listed in Section 3, our email and CRM providers, and our website hosting provider
  • With advertising and analytics partners through the cookies, pixels, and tags described in Section 3
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business
  • When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SSM, our customers, or others
  • With your consent or at your direction

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact and marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we keep only what we need to honor your request, such as a record of your opt-out, and what we need to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the settings of the tools described in Section 3.

7. Your privacy choices

Unsubscribe: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.

Opt out of targeted advertising: Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser, and we will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and “sharing” for that browser. You can also use the ad-preference and opt-out tools listed in Section 3, or contact us.

Access, correction, and deletion: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use our Contact page and select “Privacy Request,” or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Visitors outside the United States

The Site is intended for businesses in the United States. We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States.

11. Third-party websites and stores

The Site may link to other websites, including hosted stores and third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a notice on the Site.
